Refund policy

Returns (Physical Products)

We hope you absolutely love your order. However, if something’s not quite right, here’s how returns work:

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

  • Personalised/custom items are non-refundable unless faulty

To request a return, email: Billsyboosgifts@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that do not arrive back with us.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty (because sometimes life happens), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Personalised & Custom Items

Due to the nature of personalised and made-to-order products, these are non-refundable unless faulty.

Please double-check spellings and custom details before placing your order.


Digital Downloads

All digital products are non-refundable once downloaded.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your file, contact us and we’ll help you sort it.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Personalised products (unless faulty)

  • Digital downloads

  • Gift cards
